Where possible, damage in transit should be notified within 24 hours of receipt of the goods or reject them outright. We will arrange for a replacement of the goods and, if this does not work, a refund. For verification and examination of the cause of the problems and to help us improve our delivery quality, please retain/return the product(s) without consuming in its original packaging.
